Booking Calendar – Stones Throw Cottage

Thank you for your interest in Stone's Throw Cottage.

We do things a little old school up here! Please take a moment to select the dates of your vacation and submit your request. You’ll hear from us within 2 hours. We’ll confirm the dates and send you a rental agreement. Once you sign the agreement and we receive your deposit, you can officially start your vacation countdown!

DETAILS:

Initial deposit is 25% of the total and is due at signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are booking less than 30 days in advance, the total balance is due at booking. Forms of payment accepted are direct wire or check.

Rates:

May 15th through October 15th- $375/night. Minimum stay of 5 nights.
October 16th-May 14th- $300. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
A $300 cleaning fee will be applied to all rental agreements.
Absolutely no smoking inside the main house or sleeping cottage.
Smoking on patio is allowed.
No Pets
